* Two more public schools in Connecticut and another private school in Massachusetts are considering using The Purloined Boy in their classrooms.
* Work has begun on the second book in The Purloined Boy trilogy – The Weirdling. Completion is not expected ’til some time in 2008.
* Mortimus Clay is scheduling readings for prepublication copies of The Purloined Boy. If you would like your group, college class, high school class, or middle school class to read the book as a group and meet with the author you can contact him by e-mail.

* Mansfield Middle School began reading The Purloined Boy March 28th. 52 students signed up! Special thanks go out to their teacher -- the phenomenal Mrs. K!
April 2007
* Mortimus will speak at New Testament Christian School in Norton, Massachusetts -- Wednesday, April 11th at 10:45 a.m.
* Nathan Hale Middle School in Coventry, Connecticut will begin reading The Purloined Boy April 10th. 50 students have signed up! Special thanks go to their teacher -- Mr. C!
* Mortimus will appear at Veritas Academy on Cape Cod, April 11th. Time TBA.
* 30 students at The King's School will begin reading The Purloined Boy April 10th!
May 2007
8th grade class at Cornerstone Christian School will read The Purloined Boy. Mortimus will speak – date TBA.
45 plus students from the H. W. Porter School of Columbia, Connecticut will begin reading THE PURLOINED BOY the first week of May!
